Active Ingredient: Adalimumab Ankylosing spondylitis: Treatment (to reduce signs/symptoms) of active ankylosing spondylitis in adults Crohn disease: Treatment (to reduce signs/symptoms and to induce and maintain clinical remission) of active Crohn disease (moderate to severe) in adults and pediatric patients ≥6 years (Humira only) with an inadequate response to conventional therapy or who have lost response to or are intolerant to infliximab.
