Flopadex 8mg hard gel capsules containing silodosin for the treatment of enlarged prostate.
Flopadex 8mg hard gel capsules are used to treat the signs and symptoms of an enlarged prostate (benign prostatic hyperplasia). Each capsule contains 8mg of silodosin. It is contraindicated in patients with severe renal impairment (CrCl < 30 mL/min) or severe hepatic impairment, and in those taking strong CYP3A4 inhibitors (e.g., ketoconazole, clarithromycin, itraconazole, ritonavir). The pack contains 30 hard gel capsules.
