- How to Use: • Neonates and children: 25mg/kg/day for mild to moderate infections, and 45mg/kg/day for the treatment of more serious infections. • Reconstitute the suspension and shake vigorously to suspend the powder. • Shake the oral suspension well before each use. • Once reconstituted, store the suspension in a refrigerator (2°C to 8°C) and use within 7 days. • Follow your doctor's instructions about the amount to use and the duration of treatment.
