Alzental 20 mg/ml Suspension is a broad-spectrum anthelmintic medication primarily used to manage diseases associated with parasitic infections such as worms, flukes, and helminth larvae, including enterobiasis, ascariasis, ancylostomiasis, trichuriasis, strongyloidiasis, taeniasis, capillariasis, neurocysticercosis, trichostrongyliasis, hydatid disease, and filariasis (in combination with other anthelmintics).
Active Ingredient: Albendazole 20 mg.

- How to Use: • Weight 60 kg or greater: 400 mg twice daily with meals, for a 28-day cycle followed by a 14-day albendazole-free interval, for a total of 3 cycles. • Weight less than 60 kg: 15 mg/kg/day given in divided doses twice daily with meals (maximum total daily dose 800 mg). • Shake well before use.
