Itranox 100 mg Capsules contain itraconazole, a broad-spectrum antifungal medication. They are used for the treatment of pulmonary and extrapulmonary aspergillosis in patients intolerant of or refractory to amphotericin B, pulmonary and extrapulmonary blastomycosis, histoplasmosis (including chronic cavitary pulmonary disease and disseminated, nonmeningeal histoplasmosis), and onychomycosis of the toenail caused by dermatophytes, in both immunocompromised and nonimmunocompromised patients.
