Controloc 40 mg Vial is a proton pump inhibitor (PPI) used for dyspepsia, gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), and Helicobacter pylori (H. pylori) eradication. It is also used for the primary prevention of nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID)-induced ulcers and for the treatment and prevention of peptic ulcer disease.
Active Ingredient: Pantoprazole 40 mg.

- How to Use: • For a 40 mg dose, reconstitute 1 vial with 10 ml of normal saline. • Further dilute with 100 ml of 5% dextrose in water (D5W), normal saline (NS), or lactated Ringer's (LR) solution. • The final concentration should be approximately 0.4 mg/ml.
